1. About SolvoCard

Important: SolvoCard is a technology company, NOT a bank or financial institution. We are a Seychelles based and registered copmany under the name TivoLabs LTD. company number: 246356.

SolvoCard operates as a technology facilitator connecting users with licensed card issuing partners. We provide the platform and interface for managing virtual cards, but the actual card issuance is performed by our licensed banking partners who hold the appropriate financial licenses in their respective jurisdictions and are authorized members of the Mastercard network.

We do not hold, store, or custody any cryptocurrency. When you deposit cryptocurrency to fund your account, it is immediately converted to USD by our licensed payment processing partners. Your account balance represents USD funds held by our banking partners, not cryptocurrency. This conversion happens instantly at the time of deposit.
