By accessing or using SolvoCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SolvoCard provides virtual Mastercard card issuance services funded by cryptocurrency. Our services include account management, cryptocurrency deposits, virtual card creation, and card management features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SolvoCard, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

5. Fees and Payments

Our current fee structure includes:

5% fee on cryptocurrency deposits
$25 one-time fee per virtual card creation
$1 fee per card top-up transaction

Fees are subject to change with notice to users.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

Illegal activities or transactions
Fraud or deceptive practices
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

SolvoCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
