Card creation costs $25 per card. This is a one-time fee that covers card issuance and setup. There are no monthly or annual fees for maintaining your cards.

You can create multiple virtual cards as long as you have sufficient balance. Many users create separate cards for different purposes like subscriptions, shopping, or travel bookings.

We issue virtual Mastercard debit cards. These cards work anywhere Mastercard is accepted online, and can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay for contactless payments.

Yes, each card has an expiration date typically set 3-5 years from issuance. The expiry date is displayed in your card details.

Currently, we only offer virtual cards. Physical card options may be added in the future.

Go to your card details and click "Top Up". Enter the amount you want to add (minimum $5), and the funds will be transferred from your account balance to your card instantly.

Yes! After creating a card, go to your card details and request a Wallet OTP (one-time passcode). Use this code to verify and add your card to Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac.

Yes, the same process applies for Google Pay. Request a Wallet OTP from your card details and use it to add the card to Google Pay on your Android device.

Wallet OTP codes are typically valid for a short time (usually a few minutes). If your code expires, you can request a new one from your card details.

Yes, once added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can use your card for contactless payments at physical stores, transit, and anywhere contactless payments are accepted.

3D Secure (3DS) is an additional security layer for online card payments. When a merchant requires 3DS verification, you will be prompted to approve the transaction through your SolvoCard dashboard before the payment can proceed.

When a 3DS verification is required, you will see a notification in your dashboard. Review the transaction details and click "Approve" to authorize the payment, or "Decline" to reject it. The transaction will be processed once approved.

Yes, you can instantly block any card from your dashboard. Go to your card details and click "Block Card". You can unblock it later when ready to use again.

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted, and we use industry-standard security practices. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection.
